While politically biased against the Ukrainian nationalists, this pre-war documentary presents a historical perspective for the deep divisions in the region which lead to the 2004 Orange Revolution, 2014 uprisings, and the violent overthrow the Yanukovych government in the Ukraine, which was covered by Western media as a people's revolution, and described as a coup d'état in the East, allegedly scripted and staged by nationalist groups and the U.S. Government under the Obama administration.
